--Health Maintenance and Wellness Sessions
Individual sessions provide undivided attention allowing clients to ask questions and get immediate feedback about their practice. Yoga sequences are uniquely tailored for each student in order to correct asymmetries, and thereby restore energy, strength and alignment. Students receive refinements, corrections, and the guidance needed to do yoga poses correctly and to sequence postures in order to avoid additional pain or injury.

--Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Sessions
Yoga is the 5th most commonly used complementary and alternative medicine therapy for many medical complaints. A partial list is: back problems, unlearning and avoiding Repetitive Strain Injury, improving ergonomics, posture or balance problems, or to complete recovery from injury as an adjunct to Physical Therapy. During the process of rehabilitation and recovery, individual pose sequences are designed for the client to practice at home at various stages of healing. A combination of at-home practice and personal therapy sessions, along with changes in habitual patterns and lifestyle ergonomics, will repair joint damage and promote lasting strength, mobility, and comfort.
